As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days without giving reasons.

What you should know
The period starts after the contract is concluded, but not before you have received the legally required information. The withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form are in your contract documents; that German notice is what applies.
After a withdrawal, we refund payments already received in line with the statutory rules. If you asked us to start during the withdrawal period, compensation may be owed for the service provided up to that point.
