How to move from your current provider to us, with or without your phone number.
You are keeping your phone number
Then you do not need to cancel yourself, we take care of the switch for you. Give your current provider and your phone numbers when you order.
If your new connection should already run before the number is ported, please note this in your order.
You are not keeping a phone number
Then you cancel your current contract yourself with your provider.
What to expect
Your current provider usually has a notice period of one month, so plan your switch early. The exact period is in your current contract.
Under section 59 of the German Telecommunications Act, your services may be interrupted for no more than one working day during the switch.
