How to take your connection with you to your new address.
Report your move
Give your new address and preferred date in the customer portal Meine SVNTK. You can track the order there too. It is best to let us know early.
What is possible at your new address
You can see this in the availability check.
Your rights when moving
If we offer your service at the new address, your contract continues there with the same term under section 60 of the German Telecommunications Act. A reasonable fee may apply for the move, at most as much as for a new connection.
If we do not offer the service there, you as a consumer can terminate with one month’s notice, effective when you move out or at a later date.
